How wrecker and repair brakes, lift the car and remove the wheel
Stages brake repair
1. Drain the brake fluid
2. Remove the brake hose from the brake cylinder
3. Remove the brake cylinder bolts 2pcs
4. Remove the front brake cylinder
5. Remove the front dispad
6. Remove the brake cylinder mounting bolts
7. Remove the slide pins on the cylinder mounting
8. Use the screwdriver to remove the rubber tool slide pin
9. Remove the 2 rubber from cylinder mounting
10. Remove the rubber cylinder with a screwdriver to brought it
11. Remove the piston cylinder before removing bearing put like wood to avoid collision with the piston cylinder
12. Once detached from the cylinder and piston
13. Remove the piston seal which lies inside the cylinder
To stage the brake repair for reassembling the new rubber seal and the brake repair performed from stage no 13 up to No. 1
In brake repairs when necessary to pass the examination on the disc brake discs then proceed to step repair disc disc examination
14. Check the thickness of the disc discs (disc thickness - + 28.0 mm) thickness of the disc when the disc is less than the standard do the replacement with a new
15. When off discs for disc replacement with a new one, place a disc on the disc and the axle hub.
Stage brake repair to fixing all that has been done to repair the brakes (demolition)

16. Installation after installing piston seal and protective rubber
20. Apply lubricant
21. Attach the slide pins on the cylinder mounting
22. Install the mounting cylinder with cylinder mounting bolts pengecangkan
23. Fit the brake shoes
24. Fit the cylinder on disc
25. Attach the brake hose
26. Tighten the brake hose bolt
27. Make sure all the bolts that have been put in the position is secure
28. The last step is to fill the brake fluid

18. Installation of rubber on the cylinder mounting
19. Installation of the rubber on the slide pin
20. Apply lubricant
21. Attach the slide pins on the cylinder mounting
22. Install the mounting cylinder with cylinder mounting bolts pengecangkan
23. Fit the brake shoes
24. Fit the cylinder on disc
25. Attach the brake hose
26. Tighten the brake hose bolt
27. Make sure all the bolts that have been put in the position is secure
28. The last step is to fill the brake fluid
