how airbags work

on the post before I've discussed what's airbag, this time I try to explain how the operation of the airbag system.
How it Works
(1) In a collision, the airbag sensor detects the degree of collision and when it jumped the degree of the specific value of the sensor, then the initiator began development.
(2) Initiator turn enhancer (originator) and drivers of gas-producing material is very large at the time.
(3) The gas inflates the airbag to reduce the power of mash on the passenger and then deflate through a hole located at the back of the airbag. This is to reduce power to the airbags and mashed to produce passenger visibility. that needs to be remembered by drivers were:
After the airbag inflates, smoke and nitrogen gases exit through a hole in the back of the airbag. The gas is harmless though sucked. But if the exposed skin, be sure to remove the residue by washing to prevent the occurrence of minor skin irritation.
Airbags that inflate quickly can cause small scratches, burns or swelling.
Components of the airbag (steering wheel, dashboard) will heat within a few minutes, but the airbags were not.
for improvement:
SRS airbags are designed to inflate only once. Therefore, the components associated with the airbag must be replaced after the development.

function and when the airbag inflates
SRS front airbag system is designed to inflate in order to protect the forward thrust is very hard
SRS front airbags will inflate if the severity of the driving force is above the set threshold, approximately 20 km / h - 25 km / h (12 mph - 15 mp) when it hit an object that does not move.
If the push is less than that, SRS front airbags will not inflate.
But the speed limit could be higher when the vehicle crashed into objects such as parked vehicles.
